We did a lot of research as to what company to go with. Gillette scheduled a day that was convenient for us. The first thing the techs did was lay down tarps on all the traveled areas. Then an army of 5 workers came in and changed out the A/C condenser, water heater to a tankless unit, furnace which was in the attic, and the thermostat. I was told it would be done in a day and it was. We couldn't be happier. They also have great customer service. Thank you for the great job, the Castros.

Gillette was incredible to work with. When we discovered that we had a tankless water heater issue, they came and took care of it quickly and professionally, and they were so polite. They were fast and knowledgeable and very good to work with. I will use them with all our HVAC problems. I trust them to be honest with their work and prices and diagnoses.
