I originally contacted Gillette Services to replace an old gas wall furnace, a pretty small job. The advisor Brad offered me options with absolutely zero pressure to buy or try to upsell. I decided to get a quote on a ten-year-old mini split system that has been a thorn in my side. I was so impressed with Brad and the owner's knowledge and efficiency that I went ahead and replaced both systems on the spot. Very good pricing and easy financing. The whole deal was complete top to bottom in around an hour, install happening in a week. I wish I had found these guys 5 years ago!

Gillette is full of really smart, super cool dudes. This one guy, Jordan, came and serviced our mini-split unit, checked out the furnace, and the big condenser since it was making some noise. He was rad. Respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual. Gillette's one of the few home service companies that I don't want to punch in the face.
