Gillette was easy to work with, great communication, and super informative during every step. Brad listened and lined me up with the best system for my needs, Shawn and Brandon did an incredible job with the install (so much better than the previous furnace), and they followed up the very next day to ensure everything went perfectly. The whole system looks and operates beautifully. With the rebates and incentives, the price came down enough to make the purchase a no-brainer and very affordable, which I really appreciate. I feel like I truly got the best bang for my buck.

Braxtin and Shawn came to install two new furnaces and two new thermostats for us. They were extremely professional: punctual, respectful of our space, and very courteous. Also, somehow they managed to get one of the enormous furnaces cleanly up two flights of very old and steep stairs and then into our attic crawl space. After installation, they walked us through their work, what to do if an issue arises, and how to operate our thermostats. They reiterated that administration will follow up with us, and Gillette will handle all the available rebates for us. A very easy and straightforward experience, we will be happy to use them again in the future.

Jordan and Keola came out and installed a new unit two days later. These two were able to get the job done in less than a day. Other companies quoted two days' worth of work. I traded in my 22-year-old Carrier furnace & A/C with a new, more efficient Carrier furnace and heat pump in order to reduce my gas bill, get all the rebates, not to mention a $2000 tax credit for my 2023 taxes. Installed new furnace, mounted thermostats and more. The friendly installation techs showed up on time and placed blankets on the floors to protect them. They quickly went to work and got the job done of removing the old furnace. Once the new one was in, they went over all the changes. Afterwards, they answered all my questions patiently and friendly the whole time. They went through all the settings and helped me test both the heating and AC to make sure I was 100% satisfied and believe me, I am!

Had my furnace go out. They came very recommended and now I can see why! Called for service; they were very honest and upfront, told me it was not worth fixing with the damages and the age. They called sales to come over, and he showed up the same day to look and discuss. Very smooth process, they even bumped us in because we were without heat! Also willing to bring heaters until they could get the stuff together for the install! Great group of guys from service to sales to the installation crew. Awesome work! Sincere Desire to Make Things Right Mar 15, 2022

We’ve had ongoing issues with this furnace installation since the beginning a year and a half ago. After multiple technicians, we finally got a technician, Dustin Scott, who actually seemed to know what he was doing and so far has fixed the furnace. Our humidifier is still an issue, but we’re going to give that another week or two before we call again. We are impressed with their willingness to help and sincere desire to make things right.
