Heater problems are never fun when it's snowing and cold. But Gillette was awesome. When I called, they had someone out the same day. Stockton did a great job diagnosing the issue fast. Unfortunately, I needed parts. They got them in and kept me informed the whole time. Ricardo came out and installed the parts within an hour of the parts arriving. Big thanks to the whole Gillette team and especially Auree for recommending them to me.

This company is awesome! I didn’t catch the young man’s name but I wish I did! One thing that stood out to me is he took his shoes off and I didn’t even have to ask him. I’ve never seen that before! Normally I’ll have people take shoes off but I wasn’t even going to ask him to take them off because I know that sometimes it’s a safety issue in their line of work and they need them on but I thought it was so polite of him. And that stuck with me! Our heater was out for a day and it was freezing out! Our property manager was quick and contacted Gillette immediately and they were there in no time! Even had to leave and go back to Spanish Fork to grab a part in the middle of rush hour like GIVE THIS GUY A MEDAL! He made sure that he did not leave until it was operating. He even sat for a whole 30 mins to make sure we had heat and it was late night by this time. I just appreciate him so much! Wish I got his name! Bless his heart.
