Our AC stopped working in the middle of the day without us realizing, and after playing with it a little and watching some YouTube videos, we decided we needed a professional. Gillette responded to our request within 2 minutes! They had me connected with the emergency dispatch and sent for someone promptly. Ricardo was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a time-efficient manner, and even offered to do a little extra cleaning free of charge. He was great at explaining what things were and educated me more on the system as a whole. The cost was absolutely reasonable even with the “after hours” fee, and we’re so grateful our house is cool again. We will be using their services again for any future problems.
