I decided to get a quote on a ten-year-old mini split system that has been a thorn in my side. Gillette is full of really smart, super cool dudes. This one guy, Jordan, came and serviced our mini-split unit, checked out the furnace, and the big condenser since it was making some noise. He was rad. Respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual. Gillette's one of the few home service companies that I don't want to punch in the face.
