Our furnace went out on a very cold night. Our house was 50° when we woke up. We called Gillette, and they sent Ricardo out that day. They gave us a window for later in the afternoon, but Ricardo finished his call before ours faster than expected and was able to come early. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything that he found with our system. He then provided us with several options for repair and answered all our questions. We are VERY pleased. We will be calling and requesting Ricardo's assistance anytime we need help with our heating or air conditioning. We will also be recommending Gillette and Ricardo to our family and friends.
