Our company had a sudden emergency. We'd never done business with Gillette before, but they freed up a technician within just over an hour. The problem turned out to be minor, and their technician Kenny gave us some pointers on some inexpensive devices to purchase to avoid the problem in the future. And even though it was a rush job, the charge was just their standard flat rate. I'm going to have them help me with a renovation we're planning in our home in the near future.
