“The crew arrived in the morning and began removal of the old a/c & furnace system. They did a good job installing the new units and finished the install in about half a day. I had a doctor's appointment so had to leave so figured I'd call them to get a run through on the new thermostat. When I got home one of the guys was waiting for me to show me how to run the system. I appreciate him taking the time to stay longer in order to get me up to speed. I appreciate the service and care that was afforded to me. These guys are great!”- Gary F.

Everyone who came was very efficient and quiet while I was working. They made sure that I understood how to work the programmable thermostat. If there were any questions, they asked them politely. The units have functioned very well. Everyone at Gillette has been pleasant to work with and very helpful. The speed at which they processed the paperwork for the rebates was impressive. One of the people left to get a part but didn't tell me they were leaving. When I saw them depart, I locked my door. That meant they had to ring the doorbell again to get backin. It's a minor thing.
