“We had 2 AC installations done yesterday. The basement was a brand new system and needed the lines done. We have an older home and there was barely enough room for them to get the lines through. And they had to fix kinks from the original upstairs line. Even though it was a beast, they got it done! We are so impressed with the work of Kameron, Brandon, and Braxtin! They went above and beyond to help us get our ACs installed. Including shoveling dirt to make sure where we wanted them was level and perfect. Everyone who came was very efficient and quiet while I was working. They made sure that I understood how to work the programmable thermostat. If there were any questions, they asked them politely. We chose Gillette because they were the highest rated Carrier providers. John came to our house and walked us through the options. We trusted him right away and he was very helpful. Sean got us scheduled to our best convenience and they updated us and reminded us appropriately as our install date neared. Jesse and Bryson came out right on time and busted out our installation in half a day. They walked us through everything, when and where to replace filters etc. Jesse went in depth on our new thermostat and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We contacted Gillette Heating and Air for a solution.
