Gillette Service has been great to work with. We had the opportunity to work with John to get our estimate for a new furnace and A/C unit. The estimates are very detailed, and it was great to have all the information to be able to go over and review. Once we figured out what we needed and decided to move forward, scheduling was easy. They were able to get us in a little early due to having no A/C, which we are extremely grateful for. They have been very good at communicating and letting us know when and who is showing up. On the day of service, we had Kameron, Steven, and Cody come by. They were very professional, explained things to me along the way, and answered all my questions. Kameron was great when helping me figure out a hiccup when paying, and after a quick call to John and the office, we had everything figured out. Jesse, Jayden, & Tracy did an AMAZING job! Showed up right at 8 a.m., working until 5 p.m. They removed our old furnace and AC units, to be replaced with better-for-our-home units. Our old units barely kept up with the size of our home, and the refrigerant was outdated (no longer accessible). I would recommend Gillette/Carrier in the future. Also, they were able to keep our old filter input, so we can have a double filter option.
