Wow, from start to finish, everyone that I dealt with was just on another level. I called the office on a Tuesday, and the lady on the phone was super helpful. Thursday morning, I got to meet John at my house. John was amazing to deal with and extremely knowledgeable on what we needed for a whole new HVAC system upgrade. He got me the best deal and every rebate possible. The following Monday, they had Jesse and Skyler installing the system. They were awesome and very efficient. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a company that I can remember. Thank you for your prompt, professional service and the respect you showed to my family and my home.

Christian and Dallas took their time and went above and beyond to make my installation a positive experience. They explained everything and made sure it all worked right before they left. I have already recommended Gillette to other people and will use them in the future for all my heating and plumbing needs. I got a quote from Gillette and didn’t feel pressured to move forward, which is always nice. They came in a lot lower than expected, so I had them replace my furnace, AC, and water heater. Excellent Furnace & Air Conditioning Installation! I had a great experience with Gillette Heating & Air, especially Shawn and Brandon. They installed a brand-new AC, furnace, and water heater, and the entire process was fast, efficient, and very well organized. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing and made sure everything was completed on time. Their work was not only professional but also very clean. They took care of every detail and left everything neat, which I truly appreciate. On top of that, they were calm, patient, and respectful — which deserves extra credit because learning a new system after using the same one for 15 years is hard, and I can get confused, frustrated, and honestly… difficult 😅. Shawn took the time to explain how everything works, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They responded quickly to any concerns and handled every situation with professionalism and kindness. Not everyone can deal with customers like me when we get “impossible,” but they did it gracefully. I highly recommend Gillette Heating & Air and especially Shawn and Brandon. Excellent work, great attitude, and outstanding service from start to finish.

Super impressed with Gillette! We needed a new furnace and AC, and a friend recommended Gillette. Their bid came in under another bid we'd gotten, plus their customer service was impressive from the get-go. We always received a text with a picture of the employee who was coming, and each technician was professional and experienced. Shout out to Dallas and Christian, who installed our system, as well as their supervisor, Jordan. We were impressed with each of them. Plus, Brad, who gave us the bid, worked in an extra discount for us when it came time to pay. Highly recommend this company!

Our family recently got a brand-new system since our system was already 20/21 years old. Grateful that our old system lasted that long, but it started showing some red flags. Jesse and Daven came out with one extra guy and did our installation. They did an amazing job and got finished ahead of schedule. They answered my questions and showed us our new system. I was very impressed with quality and professionalism. I even got a follow-up call today about how things went. So far we have been very pleased with how the system has been working and how it’s keeping the temperature pretty consistent through the entire house. Excited to have our new system. Gillette Services installed a Carrier HVAC unit in my home today. Installers were Kameron, Steven, and Cody. They arrived in the time window arranged. They were efficient and respectful of my home. The old unit was removed without damage to my home. Carpet on the stairs was covered during the work. The new unit looks very good. All the work was professional. They cleaned up completely and hauled everything away. The crew was personable and took time to teach us how to operate the new HVAC unit. We would highly recommend Gillette without reservation. Very well pleased with today’s installation.

Gillette Heating and Air Conditioning are top notch. I got 6 bids from 3 different companies. Brad did a wonderful job with the bids. They were the most comprehensive (not least expensive, but almost), least pressure, no putting other companies down to build themselves up, very clear pricing, discounts, and descriptions on all products and components bid. I love the digital bids with all the part numbers so I could do my own research and not just take Brad's word for it, even though he really knows what he's talking about. Great financing options and stellar warranties. The install was a long day (tankless water heater, AC, and furnace) with Jordan and Keola being the epitome of professionalism and very personable. Jordan walked through several options/possibilities for plumbing intake and exhaust lines since my modest, 40-year-old home didn't lend itself to easy options. Jordan listened to each and every question/thought I had. We came up with the best scenario and they executed it perfectly. Kam and Steve showed up for the last couple of hours to help wrap things up. Both got right to work and the 4 of them worked seamlessly to complete the job by dark. I couldn't be happier with the process thus far. Time will tell how responsive they are to issues or warranty work, if necessary. If their reviews and ratings on here are any indication (I'm willing to bet they are), I'm in great hands.
