Gillette responded to our request within 2 minutes! They had me connected with the emergency dispatch and sent for someone promptly. Ricardo was fantastic. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed and fixed the problem in a time-efficient manner, and even offered to do a little extra cleaning free of charge. He was great at explaining what things were and educated me more on the system as a whole. The cost was absolutely reasonable even with the “after hours” fee, and we’re so grateful our house is cool again. We will be using their services again for any future problems.

Well, the first 90-degree days were forecasted, and so we turned on the A/C. The fan worked great, but the temperature never came down. I became concerned for my husband because he is always warmer than anyone else! In addition, he is disabled and doesn’t tolerate the heat well. When I mentioned this to the dispatcher, she went to bat for us and Kenny was here an hour later! We were cooling down within half an hour. They have made a customer for life!
