Gillette has been great. They installed central air in 2016 and it's working perfectly. Their maintenance service support is awesome. Earlier this year they installed a new furnace to replace one that was leaking CO, and the 10-year-old water heater that started leaking. The new units are working great. Ricardo came out and replaced the fan motor in our HVAC system. He was very thorough and noted a couple problems that were caused by the previous owners' repairs. The system used to be rather noisy, and the replacement of the fan motor and correcting the previous owners' installation methods eliminated the noise. We had a contract with a different company signed and scheduled when we received a mailer from Gillette. I called on a Saturday afternoon and told them we were scheduled with someone else for a Monday install but asked whether they'd be willing to come out and give us a bid. Brad came out and was very professional, not pushy, and gave us terms we simply couldn't say no to. The original company asked to have a chance to keep our business, but ultimately Gillette just had a better product with better pricing. The install went smoothly. There were 3 guys here who were quiet and respectful. We barely knew they were here. I will certainly recommend Gillette to friends and family going forward. Jesse, Jayden, & Tracy did an AMAZING job! Showed up right at 8 a.m., working until 5 p.m. They removed our old furnace and AC units, to be replaced with better-for-our-home units. Our old units barely kept up with the size of our home, and the refrigerant was outdated (no longer accessible). I would recommend Gillette/Carrier in the future. Also, they were able to keep our old filter input, so we can have a double filter option.

It did take almost a week to get on the schedule after we signed, with a holiday weekend, but Jesse's team did a great job installing. They were professional, quick, and vacuumed up all the dust and debris from the install. He also walked us through all the new equipment so that we could be familiar with it. I also appreciated Gillette's help to submit and get some different rebates because we upgraded to a more efficient system, which definitely helps with the overall cost 🤪

I think Gillette's great and honest. A few years ago I put a full carrier heating air conditioning system in and I got five bids. They were all very close to the same price so I went with Gillette because I felt more comfortable that they weren't cheating me. I've been very happy with my system + I had Kenny from Gillette come over today and he fixed a problem and did not overcharge or use scare tactics. Thanks Kenny and Gillette.
