Gillette Service has been great to work with. We had the opportunity to work with John to get our estimate for a new furnace and A/C unit. The estimates are very detailed, and it was great to have all the information to be able to go over and review. Once we figured out what we needed and decided to move forward, scheduling was easy. They were able to get us in a little early due to having no A/C, which we are extremely grateful for. They have been very good at communicating and letting us know when and who is showing up. On the day of service, we had Kameron, Steven, and Cody come by. They were very professional, explained things to me along the way, and answered all my questions. Kameron was great when helping me figure out a hiccup when paying, and after a quick call to John and the office, we had everything figured out. I'm so grateful for Gillette Services! The guys who came to install a new AC for me and seal my ductwork did a terrific job. I wish I could remember all their names. Braxtin was one of the AC installers. The team seemed very experienced. They were also prompt and efficient. They did a great job! They were very kind to me and my family (I work from home, and we homeschool our children). The duct sealers were very clear about the process that they would be carrying out in the duct sealing. They were careful with furniture. The AC installers even volunteered to take an old water heater that I recently replaced from my back patio up some outdoor stairs and away to be scrapped. They were so kind! I think my only complaint is that I might have heard a couple of profanities, and when one of the guys commented about 'tweaking' something that he had been working on, he joked about being a 'tweaker.' It was a small thing that I never would have even heard had I not been in the office adjacent to our HVAC equipment, but I would prefer not having such talk in my home. Overall, these guys hit a grand slam though. Gillette is a terrific company to work with! Great work, great warranty, great price.

They were easy to work with and they provided exceptional service. I had them install a new air conditioning unit last summer and it has been working great. They installed it quickly and they were on time. I left off 1 star because someone in the office misinformed me about what the 1-year maintenance plan included that came with my air conditioner. They were quick to respond when my furnace stopped working and got it running like new. The technicians have all been very nice and professional. I would work with them again. I may increase the star rating someday but we’ll see how they do going forward.

I really like Gillette. We've used them before for a new install, and they were great to make sure we knew our new machines/devices. This time was just as good. Ricardo took time to explain what we needed and didn't overcharge me like the other places I got quotes. We needed our AC units re-insulated, some electrical coverings replaced, and recaulked. He had what he needed in his van, and it took him about 30 minutes. He was really great and kind. We even talked about my favorite topic (fur babies). I'll use them again.
