Compensation: $56,160 to $150,000 annually, base pay + bonuses

As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer at Gillette Heating and Air, you will take charge of installing heating and cooling systems in residential homes while overseeing and guiding a team to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency. Qualifications:

Pay Range: Up to $45.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials PLUS incentives based on performance
Your Role: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential and commercial properties. Your work will help ensure our customers' homes and businesses remain comfortable year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Install and replace heating and cooling systems as needed.
- Educate customers on HVAC system maintenance and operation.

Qualifications:
