“Kameron and his team, Caleb and Steve, did a great job installing a new heat pump, furnace, and ductwork for my home renovation project in Salt Lake City. They were real pros and took great pride in their work and doing the job right, working non-stop, and only took a break because the dog kept asking to play fetch. Ricardo came to diagnose and remedy an issue with my recently installed HVAC system. The high efficiency heater was behaving different than normal. Because of Ricardo's extensive knowledge of every aspect of the HVAC system, it took him only a few minutes to know exactly what caused the issue. He was able to quickly complete the adjustments and make the system run better than ever! Ricardo was very patient with my many questions, and helped me to understand the complicated system, what caused the issue, and what he did to make sure it doesn't happen again. Ricardo also showed me how to use the ECOBEE thermostat/controller that was installed with the system, to more efficiently manage the function of the HVAC system. WELL DONE, and THANK YOU Sir!
