Ricardo came to diagnose and remedy an issue with my recently installed HVAC system. The high efficiency heater was behaving different than normal. Because of Ricardo's extensive knowledge of every aspect of the HVAC system, it took him only a few minutes to know exactly what caused the issue. Sean got us scheduled to our best convenience and they updated us and reminded us appropriately as our install date neared. Brandon and the team removed the old duct board and fabricated and installed new sheet metal ducting.
