“I was told that our service person would be here between 2 and 4. I got a text that he was on his way just after 1. I was happy because that would give me more time to take care of things. Richardo had serviced my unit before. I just took him to it and left him. He did his checks and told us everything is fine.
Richardo is very friendly and courteous. He is apparently very efficient because he was through with us before his scheduled time.”
