1. Sponsor

The Gillette Services $2,500 Blackstone Griddle Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Gillette Services (“Sponsor”), located in Spanish Fork, Utah.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and immediate family members of Gillette Services, its affiliates, advertising agencies, vendors involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and persons residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at October 7, 2026 and ends at January 31, 2027 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Sponsor’s computer shall serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit gilletteservices.com/win or scan the QR code appearing on participating Gillette Services promotional materials and complete the online entry form.

No purchase or service appointment is necessary to enter. Purchasing products or services from Gillette Services will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by automated means, duplicate entries, or entries containing false or incomplete information may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Blackstone 36-inch premium griddle/griddle package, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,500.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is responsible for any federal, state or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing will take place on or about February 8, 2027.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number and/or email address provided with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within [5] business days of the first notification attempt and may be required to provide proof of identity, age and Utah residency and execute an eligibility and prize-release document.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Delivery

The winner will be responsible for arranging pickup or delivery of the prize with Gillette Services. Sponsor will provide the winner with instructions following verification of eligibility.

The winner may be required to provide valid government-issued identification before receiving the prize.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final with respect to the administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, interferes with the operation of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.

If circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before such action.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gillette Services and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, advertising and promotion partners, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted or misdirected entries or for technical, network, website, telecommunications or other failures that may interfere with entry or administration of the Sweepstakes.

12. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with Gillette Services’ privacy policy.

Entering the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages where separate consent is required by law. Any optional marketing consent presented on the entry form should be disclosed separately from Sweepstakes entry.
